Brave Girls Bible Stories

Excellent!!! This is exactly what I wanted for my young girls. They need to know that women and girls can be brave, courageous, and make a difference. I love how this was put together with little bios on each of the girls presenting the stories - and how these real to life girls are facing real life challenges and how they relate to the biblical stories that they share. The illustrations are outstanding. The presentations of each of the stories are exactly how a pre-teen or teenage youth would tell it. My youngsters totally relate to the stories being read to them. The stories are clear (and short). Since my girls are under 8, they love for me to read them the stories (and act them out as appropriate). The writing is winsome and "old" enough that I think even teenagers would like the book.

This is perfect for my young daughter. She loves it so far and I am loving the stories in it.

I have three daughters ranging in age from seven to four. We use this as our bible study every night before bed. The lessons are told from the point of view of five girls with different personalities, in a language that all of my daughters understand. The lessons are a nice length and make great points about being a "Brave Girl". Each lesson is about three pages long and ends with two or three paragraphs and a prayer bringing all points of the lesson together. The illustrations and quality of the book are exceptional.

Acts 8:37 is still in this Bible. It has been removed in most of Bibles now.

Values for money

So far, we have loved the book! I have a 7yr old & 4yr old and they both seem interested in the stories. They are relatable. I purchased the book used in “good” condition. I was a little surprised at how torn the binding was. I decided to still keep it because the girls were excited to read it but was a little bummed it was as worn as it was.

I bought it as a gift for my 10 yr old granddaughter, and I am not sure what she thinks, but as an adult and teacher this is perfect in addressing many issues that girls face with friends and life in general. Solid biblical answers, but applicable to the world we live in. I would recommend it

My 8 year old daughter loves her bible. It motivates her to be brave like the women in the bible! There are different characters in the book of little girls who struggled with different situations. It gives an example to the stories in the bible. Great book for your daughter, I recommended it to family and friends and they purchased it for there little girls as well!

My daughter absolutely loves this. It's fun and vibrant and teaches her the bible and how to apply God's word to her life.

This book has lovely coloured filled pictures and treasured stories to match. I am very happy with it and will definitely buy others!
