Makes Better Coffee Ice Cream Than Actual Coffee
I've only used this for my keto ice creams, and coffee is part of our regular rotation of flavors. Strong coffee flavor, with no detectable caffeine effects. Brewed coffee, as in the first recipe I tried, leaves big ice crystals with the texture of pebbles in the ice cream. Ugh!

Very good flavor.
Poured a tsp in a glass of milk and it tasted like good flavored latte. Haven't tried it hot milk yet.

Tastes Awful. Weird Color.
It is flavored with "natural and artificial flavor" which does not taste like coffee at all. The color is a weird pinkish color. I am upset that I cannot return it. I would at least like credit for this. I used it to flavor a large container of plain Greek yogurt and I can barely look at it. I tried it in seltzer water and couldn't taste coffee at all.
