Good product

After dying my hair red for a year & a half, I was ready to go back to my natural dark blonde/light brown hair. I waited until it was pretty faded, & dyed my hair a light brown color- twice. Not much happened. So after reading a ton of reviews, & not wanting to bleach, I tried Color Oops. I followed instructions to a T. Even shampooed/rinsed a little longer.This is my color result before & after Color Oops.Went from a dark red brown, to an orange. Yes it took out the red, but it didn't leave me with my natural color or even close to it! It was so bad (picture doesn't do it justice) I ended up having to go somewhere to fix it. I wouldn't use again. 2 stars because it did take out some red & wasn't as dark.
