Not user friendly
Fairly disappointed in this product. It is NOT user friendly. Automatic open works fine but closing it is another matter altogether. The auto close is not as easy and once you get the auto close to work, it is VERY hard to fold/push the umbrella back to it's compact position.

Difficult to close
While the overall construction seems good the push button is hard to push in. Opens more easily than closes. Even once closed by the button when you go to complete the closure by pushing in the extension the umbrella tries to reopen. You must close the velcro closure around the umbrella before pushing in the extension. Be careful when you release the velcro that it doesn't pop open while still inside your car. I would not purchase again.
