I like to camp…and I don’t like the wind.Here's what I learned.--This seems to send a high-voltage lighting bolt between the tips.--If you put a piece of paper between the tips of this lighter and tap it on for a split second, you can actually make the world’s smallest holes…sort of pin sized.--Hold it down longer between or near the prongs, and you get combustion.Good:--Works great in the wind.--Recharges off of micro-USB (like pretty much everything else I have).--Does not feel very hot to the touch after lighting.--Has a little spot for tying a string to hang it up.Bad:--Hmmmm…none found yet.--As time goes on I’ll add more info to this review as I gain more experience with these.Testing Scenarios:--I used this to light paper in my grill.--I used it to light a propane torch.--I used it to light a tiki torch.It seems to appropriately supply the necessary heat to catalyze that magic process called combustion.FYI: I received this product free in return for an unbiased review.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Product looks really nice, and being able to charge through USB rather than having to use fuel is a huge benefit.Item lights up with a flip of the bonnet and then just holding the button down. Very easy to use, and completely resistant to wind. We are already using this a lot in our family, and I'm very excited to get even more use out of it.

This is a no brainer to have if you are someone who finds yourself using a fuel based lighter all of the time. We live off grid and starting campfires or stovetops is a must. Great price to get your hands on one of these!4 starts due to the quality - it feels a bit cheap. our neighbor has a different brand and it is much sturdier. The side lock concerns me for the future if it will hold up long turn. very loose feeling tiny plastic slider. battery life is holding up well for daily use had it for a couple of weeks and still haven't had to charge it. the electric lighter isn't as strong of a static connection again in comparison to our neighbors - i find it won't light cardboard, or certain thick papers well. we burn our TP and paper products and those catch on fire no problem. I am happy with it but for $5-$6 more dollars I would probably look into other brands. Hey if you are on a budget this will suffice no problem.

It's a great product. I love using long necked lighters for my candles and the bendy neck is superb. This is probably one of the first flexible neck arc lighters that I have come across. It lights well, you might have to try a couple times to get it going. The tip is actually really narrow so be careful when lighting anything that might be wide. It worked great for a single wicked candle, but had difficulties when trying to light a cigarette.*The instruction manual is extremely confusing. Make sure you hit the actual button for power, the sliding piece is just a safeguard to not accidentally turn it on.*

This lighter is great for an arc lighter - It works for lighting just about anything. It looks and works exactly as described, and the battery has yet to give out. I purchased this product in January, and it is now April, and I haven't had to recharge it. Admittedly, I haven't used it a ton, but I light a few candles on a weekly basis.Pros:Works well.Battery lasts a long time.Impress your friends by wielding electricity, with cool sounds and a light show.Cons:Definitely will need to be recharged with heavy usage. Probably not a smokers friend.Can leave a weird ozone smell for a brief moment.Definitely don't touch the arc.

While this lighter worked all right at first, it needed to be recharged often. I bought it in November 2018 and 10 months later it will not light and will not recharge. BTW I used it only INDOORS. I think for $25 for a very simple product it should last at least a year or more when used carefully and not exposed to the elements. The lighter works fantastically, but the neck is pretty short. I bought it to light my gas grill since the sparker died, but the neck on this is a little less than 4". It's advertised as being 9" long, but most of that is the wand. Other than the neck length, I definitely would buy this again.

So I bought this very thin and good looking lighter. But when I went to charge it. I had to do it over 5 times! I got extremely annoyed by this. So I got this one. I eventually got the other one to charge. But I just went to the kitchen to give the name brand. But their wasn’t one it! But this one is reliable and extremely easy to charge!
