It is broken and cannot be used
The lug screws are frozen like they are stripped.

These hold up well over time !
We use 480 volt 3 phase on construction sites to run our high cycle saws, drills and grinders. These plugs hold up really well and don't come apart in use.

Great connector
I conduct maintenance at an aluminum boat building company and the welding machines use this plug. I have tried other brands of plugs but none compare with the Hubbell plug. These out last any other plug out there. The design for installation is the best.
