I'm on a diet that will allow eggs. I've eaten enough eggs that I'm about to sprout feathers but I can have an occasional egg and Canadian bacon sando. These rings are perfect. They work really well. They form the perfect egg for the muffin. They pop right in the dishwasher for easy clean up. I haven't tried the poacher cups yet but I suspect they will perform as well as the rings.

These arrived this week and since I love poached eggs, I immediately cleaned them and tried to use them. The directions don't tell you if the cups can be used in the microwave and for that I deducted a star. I want directions on how to use them in the microwave, since the product information on this site said they could be.Instead, missing microwave instructions, I followed the directions for using them in a pan with boiling water. What they don't tell you - 1. it isn't enough just to use a little bit of oil on the cups, use a cooking spray instead, and use ENOUGH, otherwise you have a stuck on mess that is very tough to clean. 2. use a pan that is the size of the cups. In other words, if you are making 3 eggs, find a pan that is just a little larger in diameter than the 3 cups will need as they sit upright. I didn't do that on my first try and the egg cups kept tipping over in the water, which was on a low boil. 3. You have to watch these very carefully. At 3 minutes, I had hard poached eggs, which sort of defeated the purpose of buying them in the first place. On my second try, I took them out at 2 minutes and while they weren't perfect, they were soft poached. For the sticking egg whites and having to teach myself how to poach an egg all over again after decades of doing so, another star was deducted.The rings are the exact same - use a cooking spray, otherwise, when you try to lift the ring off the egg to flip it, you will have half the egg stuck on the side of the ring. Had I known how difficult it was to use these, I probably would have passed, but now that I have them, I am determined to make them work.So the rules are - 1. The Manufacturer/seller needs to add microwave instruction IN THE BOX with the egg cups. 2. ALWAYS use a cooking spray liberally on both the cups and the rings, otherwise the clean-up time on these is NOT at all worth it and you'll be cursing your egg when it isn't the egg's fault. 3. And once you get the timing down right, if you enjoy poached eggs, you WILL have perfect poached eggs, but it will require diligence - and since every stove is different and every pan conducts heat differently, I can't even give you advice on how long to cook them, you have to try for yourself.EDIT: I have been sent pdf instructions by the seller. That's all well and good, but if you are going to sell on this large a platform, your instructions need to be WITH your product, not an added bonus. But after reading the instructions, I'm not sure I'm comfortable putting a lid on a microwave bowl and putting the eggs inside. I say this because even the safest of microwave bowls will overheat and the lid is the most likely to suffer. I'll stick with using a pan, in the way I described above, and chalk it up to a lesson learned.

I have been dying to have a great set of egg rings to make perfect breakfast sandwiches!As long as your pan is hot and so is the butter/oil you’ll be cooking your eggs in, there won’t be any seepage. You really have to let the egg ring get warm and wiggle it on the pan a little bit.I haven’t used the poachers yet, but I am excited as the last few times I’ve tried to poach eggs I’ve made a mess!

These are wonderful tools and I like them so much that I purchased another set for a friend! Both the cups and rings work great and make everyday tasks a little bit easier!

I'm not much of a cook and have never attempted to poach an egg at home. I have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised as to how easy the poaching cup and the egg ring worked! The instructions are very very tiny, but I read them once and will never have to again. It's So Easy!

Both the egg cups and rings work like a dream! The font size for the instructions is super tiny, but you only need those once to get the hang of it. Perfect poached eggs and homemade McMuffins. Clean up easily, store neatly. Highly recommend!
