This is a repeat order of a product I already bought. I navigated to it using my previous orders listing in the Amazon app and bought it. The problem is this one doesn't have high definition color night vision like the one I first purchased. It's black and white. Regardless I put it to use. These doorbell cameras work really well around the outside of the house so you can open up the app and take a look around to see what's going on without getting out of bed :). The live feed is color during the day and quite clear and at night it's black and white with night vision. No subscription is required unless you want it to record events and upload the video to the cloud. It does however take a thumbnail snapshot of anyone who rings the doorbell.. . You don't need a subscription to have it do that. I have Wi-Fi seven in the house, pretty new latest technology but it won't connect with the doorbell even 10 feet from the house. It has to be right outside the window or door. Set up is fairly easy once you know what you're doing. Maybe it's just me but it took me a while to figure that out even with what seems fairly clear instructions. The first one that I bought I was almost convinced was defective. But I was doing something wrong. Basically you take the doorbell camera and aim it at a QR code the app shows you on your phone and it connects. Without a subscription, so not recording and uploading video, the battery lasts a couple months. That's with all the notification features off also except having it ring your phone when someone buzzes the doorbell. I put it on sensitive when I first had it and had it notify me when there was motion detected and it drained the batteries down in no time, in a couple days. It's lasted through a Minnesota winter.. rain, sleet and snow. They seem to be built well, not flimsy or cheap feeling. It comes with mounting stickers so you don't have to screw it in the wood. But I use the screw provided and secured the mounting bracket to the door frame. The video doorbell clicks in nicely to it and to remove it you have to use a paper clip at the top where you pushing the paper clip into a little hole in the door bell pops out to bring in for USB charging. Takes a couple hours to charge from low battery. I have one of these on each side of the house and I'm tempted to buy more for inside the house, I don't know why exactly, probably overdoing it but they're so inexpensive and fun to have.

I love this camera, clear view day or night, super easy set up and such a simple app, only took about 30 mins to get set up in all and this was after charging it for about 25 mins, and it looks amazing. Gives alerts and provides sense of peace when I’m not home! I stuck it right to my door super sturdy. I haven’t screwed it in yet and it’s standing strong, definitely would recommend ❤️

The video quality is great we have a lot of traffic and it picks it up the battery last quite a while even with all the cars that set it off. It does lag a bit the worst problem is needing to pay for a subscription to see any of the activations and sometimes they just erase. The subscription isn't overly pricey but still to see a video made on your device and your internet you have to pay for is a bit much. The actual doorbell is loud and works well

I ordered 2 of these Monday and received them yesterday , the cameras work great and the installation process was smooth and easy. Definitely 10/10. They also come with a doorbell receiver that works great if you have an upstairs home and can’t hear a knock at your front door. One of the many reasons i purchased this. It has live recordings, you can also hear what’s going on around the camera with the microphone. The picture quality is clear. There’s not any static footage and it also lets you take pictures of whatever’s going on around the camera “. I love it!

We wanted to find a good quality camera but not spend a fortune either. This has been a great camera with a good high-quality picture. Connects to my phone. Long lasting battery. It said last up to a certain number of days before needing to charge, but this last us up to 3 weeks without needing to be charged. Wi-fi needed.

My grandmother and little sister that live alone together recently had an incident where two men came to their door in the middle of the night, claiming they lived in the neighborhood and were trying to convince my grandmother to let them inside the house. This was very alarming to me and I knew I needed to order a camera for the front door immediately. I found this camera on Amazon and it had good reviews, it was affordable, and had same day/ overnight shipping with my prime membership. I was not expecting this doorbell to be such good quality for the price! The installation was easy and simple, it’s wireless and it was working right away! The doorbell is controlled through their app called “seeing”. It detects motion at the front door, and sends you a notification when there is motion and will call you when someone rings the doorbell. It comes with another little device that you plug in to your wall inside the home, and when the doorbell is rung, the device will ring inside the house as well, this is optional though. Monitoring the camera through their app is simple, you can hear clearly what’s going on outside, as well as talk through the camera! It also has automatic night vision, and the overall connection of the camera is pretty good! Shipping was extremely fast and I was able to install it the next day! They have an option in their app where you can purchase storage for a cheap price, and every time there is motion or a ring at the door, it will record and save the clips that you can watch back later, you can take screenshots or even save the playback clips to your camera roll directly from the app. It makes me feel so much better now that I can monitor who is at the front door and that my family is safe!

We purchased this camera which from the beginning of opening the package it was okay and pretty easy to set up. Though there is a subscription service they want you to sign up for and I did. We put the camera up right next to our front door on a covered porch and it started with small issues constantly going offline, within about 2 weeks it stopped working completely. Not one I would highly recommend. Though there company reached out, I would possibly look at other options before this.
