Only takes data FROM fitbit, does not sync TO fitbit ($75, and you still have to manually log water)
They said it syncs to Fitbit, suggesting it automatically logs water into the Fitbit app. It does not. It only pulls your step count and calorie burn from Fitbit and puts it in the Ozmo app. They should disclose that you will still have to manually log your water into the Fitbit...you'd think for $75 they'd program it to sync TO the Fitbit, not just FROM the Fitbit (and maybe provide accurate advertising). Returning it today, after having it for eight hours.

Ozmo or Ozno?
I decided that I needed a smart cup one day, the water tracking apps just weren't cutting it, and so my search began in a market not entirely saturated with options. I considered all my options and after vigorous research I decided on the Ozmo. The app is wonderful and easy to use on my iPhone, the cup keeps track, and keeps me motivated. I wish it was dishwasher safe but washing it is easy just make sure the charging part cover is in place! The battery life is exceptional, I haven't had to charge it even after using it for over a week, the battery is still at 100%. Hopefully they integrate with the Apple watch in the near feature and offer a larger size. That is honestly my biggest complaint, that I'm always having to refill it, since it only holds 16oz (2oz more than a Sippo). It has an attractive design unlike the Pryme Vessyl (in my opinion, that product is a bulky cup). Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase, the ease of use and gentle hydration reminders, are just 2 of the many reasons to choose this smart cup over the others available.

Ozmo vs. Hidrate
Bought this and the Hidrate Spark 2.0. Decided to keep this. The app isn't as great as the Hidrate, nor is the bottle as beautiful. But Ozmo's advantages are in the ability to recharge (no batteries to deal with), the app's ability to get data directly from Garmin (I have a Vivosmart HR+), and their customer service (I have sent their support lots of questions and concerns, and their responses have always been clear, helpful, and reasonably prompt). Downside: Bottle only holds 16 oz. so it requires refilling multiple times a day, and you can't sync 2 bottles to the same account - but they say they are working on adding this feature.(In contrast, I had too many issues with my Hidrate Spark 2.0 and their customer service was severely lacking in their ability to resolve my issues.)

Great for hydration tracking
I decided to by a smart water bottle as I recently started a keto diet and wasn't drinking enough water to supplement the diet - and when I was I never knew how much. The hydration tracking and "reminder" features of the Ozmo has been exactly what I needed. Being able to see how much water I've had at the end of the day, without having to put any effort into counting has helped me hit my water intake goals. I really haven't been drinking enough before. The vibration to remind me to drink has been useful when I'm at the office, and has helped me hit my daily goal. The app that connects to the cup is user friendly and easy to navigate. Fitbit Charge HR integration is an added bonus too.

Compliments my fitbit well
I got the Ozmo cup because of the fitbit integration feature. While I normally track my calories burned and diet, I wasn't paying attention to how much water I was drinking. So far I like how this cup keeps me thinking about hydration more often, although I might no reach my hydration goal every day, I am more mindful of hydration throughout the day.

Fantastic Smart Bottle For Achieving Hydration and Health Goals
So if you're like me, you also were surprised to hear that most people only drink a quarter of the recommended amount of water. Sure, you might down a glass here or a cup there, but it's usually nowhere near the 2 liters recommended by experts. One of the biggest things that drew me to the Ozmo smart bottle was that it could automatically calculate what your hydration goal should be. You simply plug in some metrics about yourself and your activity level and the app does the rest. For me, it said I should drink the equivalent of five 16 oz water bottles.Another key thing with drinking water is that it's best done throughout the day, rather than gulping it all down at once. What happens too often, however, is that we forget to drink or get wrapped up in something. The Omzo smart bottle has this handled though. If you haven't gotten a drink within the past hour, the bottle sends out a series of vibrations that remind you to take a sip. I found this super helpful for keeping me on track. As you get closer to your goal, lights come on on the side of the bottle which is fantastic for motivation. The app that you use to sync with your phone is also pretty neat and gives you a ton of metrics, including a graph of your drinking habits and an hourly rate of drinking. You can also sync this app with Garmin or Fitbit to dynamically change your hydration goals based on your activity levels. Overall I'm really happy with this bottle. Yes it's expensive, but I think the health benefits outweigh it by a lot.*******************Pros:• Long battery life (over 2 weeks)• Comes in a ton of colors• Holds you accountable• Simple app interface*******************Cons:• Kind of heavy• Not machine washable*******************
