Chair is Ok
The chair feels warm/sweaty when sitting for a long period of time. (This will be my work chair and I am sitting on it all day long). I was hoping that the fabric would breathe through the holes, but it does not appear to. I must add that I live in Florida and this may not be an issue on cooler days. The size of the chair is fine for a tall person, but a short person may find the longer seat awkward. As a 6' person, I find the chair is comfortable, however the side rails jut into you if you are not positioned straight. The side rails would be quite annoying for someone with a large rear end. The armrests are a good height, but it would be nice if they were adjustable. There is some lumbar support, and the lever on the side provides the reclining setting. I believe that raising and lowering the chair is performed through a dial nob, but it is not easily accessible under the chair.Overall the chair is a 3-star... Acceptable.Update:. I have had the chair for about a month now, and I am just not impressed. It feels cheap. Now that retail stores are opening again, I was able to sit in chairs that feel much better for the same price over at Staples. Oh well. I left the 3-star rating since there are no specific issues worth mentioning.

NOT a thick seat cushion
I am a female of average proportions and this cushion is unable to support my 150lbs without my sit bones relying on the hard base of the seat for support. This is very uncomfortable; I switched back to my 3yo desk chair within the first two days of using this chair. To be fair, if you were to use this chair reclining back it is more comfortable, but that's not ergonomic and I would argue isn't the intended use of the "ergonomic" chair. I will be returning or donating this item.

Seat pad is poor quality
I like the back support, arm reset adjust-ability, and other features. The bottom (seat) cushion felt fine for the first few months; however now, it seems to have lost its "cushiness" and it feels like I'm sitting on the hard cardboard that is on the bottom of the cusion. I previously bought Office Master chairs which were a bit more, but the seat cushions have lasted years with little loss in "cushiness" (I have 6 of these Office Master chairs in the house).I'll be shopping for another chair.Reduced my rating to one star - the seat pad has gotten even worse, and it is now lop-sided (which is very bad for backs).

A chair in transition. Missing my older chair.
Maybe it's just me but I seem to slide forward haven't found cushion to change this. But still it rolls good & I like the retractable arms.

It is great to have it
It is easy to assemble up.It is durable mesh back.It can provide support when I lean on it .It is also sweat free.Compare to other traditional one ,I prefer to have this one.The arm can be flip up .It is adjustable angle. It is 360 degree swivel .I can tilt the back as much as I want.I am happy to have it .It works great so far .It meets my needs.

Very easy toinstallation
Last week I got this Ergonomic Adjustable Swivel Office Chair With Lumbar Support and Rollerblade Wheels. It took me less than 20 minutes to install and was easy to install. It felt good to sit on this chair and the overall effect was very satisfying, so I gave this chair a 5 star review.
