The SolSource Sport Cookware set is perfect for camping and outdoor cooking. The dark, matte aluminum base provides maximum solar energy absorption. The lightweight aluminum core distributes heat evenly for the best cooking performance. This black aluminum is hard-anodized. Even though it’s lightweight for easy transport, it’s also hard and durable. This aluminum is coated with a nonstick finish that’s safe for food. This nonstick finish won’t chip or peel off, and makes it easy to flip pancakes and cook other foods without it getting stuck to the edges of the pot or pan. This finish also makes the cookset significantly easier to clean. The cookware set includes four essential outdoor cooking pieces: A one-liter kettle, a 7.5-inch diameter soup pot with a lid, a 6.5-inch diameter soup pot with a lid, and an 8-inch frying pan. With this cookware, you can boil water for hot cocoa, make pancakes, fry burger patties, and cook soup. Make all of your favorite camping-trip meals. The two soup pots and the frying pan each have two side handles for easy gripping. These side handles are curved, and they fold into the side of the cookware for compact storage. The kettle also has a handle on top that can be folded down. The kettle’s handle has a rubber grip. The four cookware pieces are stackable, making them extremely compact and portable. The kettle fits inside the small pot, the small pot fits inside the large pot, and the large pot fits on top of the frying pan. Compact!!
I was actually very pleased with these pots. We go camping a lot and the pots, kettle & pan fit perfectly, so the size you're carrying is actually only the size of the largest pan. Although I'm not very big into hiking, I can imagine this being perfect.PS - if you're thinking about getting these for use with the Solar Cooker, it's genuinely a must. The bottoms of these are jet black, which actually absorb the heat from the mirrored panels. I tried using my kitchen pans to boil water, then I realized that the bottom of my pans were metal and shiny. They were just reflecting the sunlight off of them. So, all of that to say - these are absolutely worth the money

Great for backpacking
Great product. Light weight enough to take backpacking yet still durable and fairly good sized. Wether it’s boiling water for dehydrated food or cooking a steak with sautéed veggies, this set can handle it all.
