I love these CoQ10 gummies. I first began using CoQ10 in liquid form and was very pleased with the results but didn't like having to measure out the liquid every morning. I really like their taste and texture…it's a pleasant citrus orange flavor. The gummies I received are shaped like little orange slices and they’re soft and not clumped together in the bottle. I really appreciate the fact that they don’t stick much to your teeth and are easy to swallow. I take a statin medication for high cholesterol and CoQ10 is recommended to be taken at the same time to help with muscle pain. Hopefully these will help alleviate any muscle pains and provide some healthy benefits. So far I like these CoQ10 gummies from Simhould and will continue take them.

I like how these gummies have several of the other supplements that I take separately in them so I can just take 2 chews every morning and feel good about getting my Zinc, magnesium and B3 as well. I read a study on CoQ10 and I learned that it may release cellular energy.I had been taking a 100mg CoQ10 supplement, and it actually seemed to help.These supplements are listed as 500mg. I did seem to feel a boost when compared to the 100mg supplements.Various sources advise 100mg to 200mg a day, so I don't particularly intend to take these long-term without a doctor's advice, but for now, they are doing pretty well.They don't taste overly-citrus-flavored like the vitamin C from Nature Made. This has the largest serving size of CoQ10 that I have seen so far - 500mg. It takes two gummies to reach that amount, so you could settle for 250mg and just take one gummy a day. At that rate the bottle would last you two months instead of one. Some CoQ10 supplements are only 100mg, so I might settle for the 250mg to start. I'm not sure how I will know if that amount is right for me and if it is doing me any good. You, of course would have to experiment for yourself to determine what is the right amount for you. I much prefer these gummies to ordinary capsule or tablet pills and experimenting with them will be painless.
