Worked well now for several years.

Editing my initial review after nearly 3.5 years. The company arranged the service technician and the problem was resolved. The unit has been functioning alright since then.I bought this product in October 2018 & decided to try it out for some time before sharing the review. Unfortunately in less than 3 months the motor of the unit stopped working. Yet to find service/repair facility in Cochin.I have used the unit not more than 6 times in the 3 months for both dry & wet grinding.During dry grinding, some of the powdered product escapes the lid & falls into the base unit but cleaning of the base unit has been manageable with a dry brush. Fortunately, didn't face the same issue with wet grinding.The jar size is perfect for small portion of masala grinding, which was my primary lookout. But deeply disappointed. Had opted for the brand because I owned a handheld beater of Vitek's bought nearly 12-13 years ago, which works even today.

It’s a good quality, small grinder with two cups , one each for dry n wet grinding .I have been using it for both types of grinding and it’s really convenient. It does what it promises to do.... and does it well.👌🏻You do have to remember to not run it continuously for more than 30 seconds which is ok with my requirement....Though there’s just one speed.... no provisions to increase or decrease the speed....😕It looks good.😃Easy to handleEasy to cleanOccupies a small space.Overall happy with it....😃I’m hoping it functions well and doesn’t break down soon ..... looks sturdy 👍🏻It’s a tad bit expensive though I feel ....

Decent product. Made in China, asexpected. I see the date of import to be August 2018 so the product is already an year and half old when bought. Not sure how the warranty works in this case.

1 Year Update ::::: It stopped working. The motor is not even starting anymore.It's an expensive piece of crap. Personal experience don't make mistake I did at cost of 2000/- rs.You guys can also see in the pics also shows the quantity I am using even after which it gets spill over.Cons :1. Difficult to clean because of its design on the top cover and it spills out and makes the base also dirty which you can't clean with water because of its motor2. Jars feels a bit cheap and fragile3. Jars don't hold more quantity as it looks. It holds same as the normal blender jar.4. Very high cost for making chutneys (Obviously for tomatoes puree you need other blender)Pros :1. Light weight

Arrived on time and in excellent condition. This small mixer is perfect for both wet and dry grinding. The small jar size allows you to make chuntney, or gring masala esp when you are cooking for one or two people, without having to wash up a huge jar. Very very convenient. On the negative side, the lid of the mixer sometimes gets too wet and the food slides of the side of the bowl, but this is not a major issue, can be cleaned easily

It is just not working properly and. Unfortunately I did not used it immediately or else would have refunded it. Wasted my money on it

Revieved in expected date. Good product powdered well. But the thing is mesurements are not clear in the jar. As well as the lid is very loose. While grinding the powder the lid doesn't fit well so the powder spills on the side of the jad silghtly. Also the plug looks odd. Howere the motor quality is great. Well designed and great style. A worthy product for the rate. I suggest you to buy if you tend to use for a small quality.Hope this helps!
