The manufacturer’s boxed set was shipped by Amazon in a soft pack so the box arrived kind of crushed. Inside the bottle of lotion was fine, but the spray bottle was leaking a little which had crystallized. When I removed the plastic wrap on the spray top, the spray bottle did not work. I used the lotion which was fantastic so I really wanted to keep the set. I used the Amazon feature to contact the seller about the spray requesting just the spray top to fit the spray bottle. I haven’t heard back yet, it’s the weekend so perhaps on Monday, but I do like this manufacturer’s products so I’m hoping that they will make an improvement to this product packaging. My suggestion would be to ship the spray bottle with a regular cap on and the sprayer top inside the box, but not on the bottle to help prevent this issue. I bought another set thinking I could use the spray bottle from the new set and just refill the spray bottle. Then I found a spray bottle on Amazon that was a clog free type so I bought that as well. It was inexpensive enough to solve the problem without having to deal with returning and wasting perfectly good product. It definitely would have gotten five stars except for the spray bottle issue. The spray oil is so light and lovely and the lotion is light, absorbs well, soothing, and lightly fragranced (I have a tendency to be very sensitive to fragrance and products with a lot of chemicals, and this lotion and spray pairing were not at all irritating, in fact they are very soothing). Will definitely keep buying this set! Oh, and Amazon, this set needs to be boxed not bagged to avoid returns.
