This made it super easy to get into a coconut. No mess, but you do have to have a stable countertop. Price was great and shipping was fast.

I like the fact that it’s not messy using these tools. I used it once and it did a great job. I don’t know if they will last. For now, I’m just happy to use the tool set. The quality is good. Fast shipping.

Very strong chemical smell of the rubber on hammer and tool. Not a helpful tool which I expected.

The media could not be loaded.  I was skeptical at first but after opening 6 coconuts so far, I am a believer. This opener is easy to use and clean up is simple. This tool does not lead to much, if any, coconut shell to enter the coconut. The hole is also large enough to use a spoon to scoop out the meat! I have a few friends who are now going to order after seeing how easy it is to use. Much better than a knife or machette!

I ordered this in May 2018 and used it 4 times, but the black head broke off the wooden handle that 4th time. I tried contacting Zaggie but haven't heard back :(

This opens well although you have to put some power behind the mallet. I would’ve liked the mallet surface to be bigger.
