Great Price/performance; Safety issue noted
If one merits the seat post strictly on weight, and ignores other areas, then it's a great product. SAFETY is called into question IMHO, as the marked '"STOP" for minimal insertion is only 2.25" (5.8cm) from the end of the post (Whereas other identical carbon/resin seat posts I have are marked at exactly DOUBLE that dimension). I ordered their Shortest 27.2mm post (which is precise in diameter), yet I suspect they erroneously 'safety marked' it from the wrong end in accordance with their longer version seat post. Fit radius of their alloy saddle is also odd, as the resin receiver is radius'd for a smaller saddle, and therefore contact points are at the extreme of the clamping points (I re-radiused this with coarse sandpaper to broaden those contact surfaces, but not sanding to a completely conformal fit). The radius non-conformiy is common to other Chinese designed and made carbon-fiber/resin seat posts I've checked however, so it seems to be standard practice, but I prefer the contact areas to be much broader than demonstrated on this particular seat post. Proper sand/silicon-grease was present on this fitment, which is unusual at this ultra-low price point.

Nice, but the Lixada is a better bargain
This is a nice looking, solidly made set-back post with a clamp issue. The clamp mech. is a little funky... in fact I had to clean the threads on the thumb screw side to get proper angle adjustment. The first two rides on my hard tail mtb resulted in some clamp slippage, but no apparent thread damage. Subsequent rides have been without issue, but one big compression on the saddle could change that. All in all, it's still doing the job and for a quarter the price of some of the name brands, I am glad I bought it knowing my old alloy post is available for back-up.I also own a Lixada with no issues.

Do not recommend
the seat clamp is extremely difficult to adjust the angle, and it broke after my second road ride. I did not over tighten nor am I inordentaly heavy.
