Much better than rubber strips that get ripped apart with time and temperature. The force is even when you pull. Feels really comfortable to workout with and all handles are useful. You can easily add them together to get different load w/o them ripping off and flying toward your face

So far they seem to be working good. I bought these because the value seemed a lot better than the ones I still have but only had a resistance of 150, that came with a bar. But can only handle 200lbs max. I wished these came with a bar that could handle the 350lbs these bands.

Great product can fill resistance

I'm relatively new to exercising, and have incorporated resistance bands into my daily routine. I started with a small beginner kit that went from 10 to 30 in 5 lb increments. Surprising myself, I quickly progressed up the ladder and was using two bands to get above the 30 limit in a couple of months. Soon, I was able to do over 50 lb with ease. I needed a higher resistance. For some reason, trying to find any bands higher than the typical starter sets are either hard to find or way expensive. This was the only set I could find that was both within the weight and price range (albeit, a bit too high) that I could afford. They have proven to be very durable and keep their resistance up after prolonged usage.

I cannot possibly see you getting the labeled resistance from these bands and they are just way too long the caribiners are made out of pot metal and they almost cut my fingers I don't see the value in any aspect of these I expected them to be much more resistant I put every band together and I could easily pull it back with one arm.
