Taking notes didn't help because I have a hand injury and write too slow to keep up with the pace of the meeting. This device is a Godsend! I love everything about it. It records audio, transcribes, and summarizes everything. I love that it summarizes in a format that is suitable for my IT Consulting field of work. The call record feature is flawless too. I like that it does not notify the person at the other end of the call that they are being record; like the iPhone's internal call recorder does. I want to record the call for personal use and don't want the other person to get upset. I just wish it would record calls made via earbuds. But I understand the devices limitations. Whoever designed this is a genius! The only other cons are that the unlimited membership is a little pricey at $239.99 a year (billed annually) or $39.99 a month (billed monthly). The free package just gives you 300 minutes of recording per month. That's just 5 hours worth of minutes. You can buy extra minutes or get their Pro or Unlimited membership plans. Despite this, I highly recommend this product!
