Neurodivergent’s dream!!
Absolutely Fantastic! Really comfortable to wear and I’d say they cancel out about 50-70% of volume. You get a few different sizes for comfort and I’ve worn them to bed, with them still in my ears the next day so they are really secure.compact size and you get a little bag to store them, maybe just me but I got an extra pair included in the box.I would say that if you have anxiety, just be aware that by blocking out sound, you can hear your own breathing more. This made me slightly more anxious at first but it did remind me to take deeper and slower breaths

I should have read other reviews more carefully!
Like others, I was disappointed to find that there are NOT two sets of earplugs - there are indeed two pairs of the actual earplugs, but only one complete set of tips: four pairs, one in each of four different sizes: Extra Small, Small, Medium (all in the box) and Large (already fitted to one pair of the earplugs. So if you're unlucky enough to lose one or both of your earplugs, you can't replace them with the other pair as there will be no tips of the correct size to fit to them 😠 . Unless you're between sizes and can use either the slightly-too-large or slightly-too-small pair equally well - you'll have to find someone else who needs a different size tip and give them the redundant pair.Having said that, they seem good value on offer at £6. They do reduce noise considerably once you sort out which size tip you need, then work out how to fit them into your ear correctly, which takes a little practice. They're far more comfortable for me than the foam type, and are more effective (in my ears) at reducing noise. Some people might find otherwise, but I don't think that's a fault with the earplugs, just that we all have different ears! The earplugs come with a dinky little black plastic zip-up pouch, which (unlike other styles of carrying case) is large enough to fit the earplugs in with a cord attached, if you have such a thing. As I like to wear earplugs with cords, just in case one falls out, the size of the case is a definite plus for me.All in all, a decent set of earplugs, with a useful case; fair value for one pair at the current offer price, plenty of different size tips to find one to suit you. But sadly, no "spare pair" for you 😟 .UPDATE 24 HOURS LATERI tried these last night while listening to music through my bone conduction headphones. With external noises much reduced, I found I could turn the music volume down by 50% which has to be better for my ears! And they were so comfortable that I forgot I was wearing them, went to bed - and wondered what the heck was wrong with my ears when I went to put my earrings on this morning - thought for a horrified moment that it was some sort of swelling or tumour!!I'm now so impressed that I've just ordered a second set, so that I can keep one pair in my headphones case, and one in my bag!

Effective and comfy
I struggle with earplugs as they all hurt after a while. These come in so many sizes and one xs which is perfect for my little ears. So comfy and really effective with the noise reduction. Can sleep in them as well as they are soft. Best ear plugs I’ve ever found. And there are 2 in a pack with a pouch to hold them

Just buy cotton wool
Tried all the different sizes supplied and they all failed miserably. Hardly any if at all noise reduction. Don't waste your money on a gimmick. Buy some cotton wool at a fraction of the cost and it's loads more effective at stopping noise unlike these Emperor's new clothes gimmick. Poor (and that's being kind)

Great cost efficient earplugs
Really good earplugs which come in a range of bud sizes which is excellent for those of us with tiny ears! I have tinnitus and hearing loss and they definitely help . Very discreet and comfortable and very handy to have a carry case included. Would definitely recommend and planning on buying more for flights!

Good at background noise reduction
I bought these as they were the first that popped up when I searched noise cancellation earplugs. I read the reviews and decided to try them out on bonfire night. They reduced the noise a lot and got rid of all of the background noise (I had no idea there were loud, screaming kids around me) but I could still hear the loud firework bangs quite clearly, it was only slightly muffled. Would still recommend as they’re good quality and a good price. It comes with lots of options to make sure they fit in your ear comfortably and even came with a case!

Just as good as loops for half the price and double the kit
Actually impressed, I’ve had loops, these do the same job for less than half the price and you get a second set in the pack, not just the multiple ear piece sizes, and I prefer the little zip pouch over the fiddly loops case, great for reducing background noise when AuADHD

Pardon?
I work in an office environment, like multi occupancy large floor space, no cubicles type of deal. It is noisy!Bought these as I struggle to concentrate inbetween the incessant keyboard tapping, humming and tutting, foot drumming and "what are you having for dinner" and "my child is the next Einstein" smorgasbord of sounds. They work! I have clipped the little carry case to my landyard which makes them easy to transport and easy to grab when someone starts harping. They're small and come with different size ear buds to ensure a good and comfortable fit. The sit in my ear comfortably and do block out a lot of the noise. Not all of it, but enough to make the day manageable. They are clearly a dupe of a popular known brand, the quality is obviously slightly lesser than the name brand but still very good. The hoop is flexible silicone and not a solid plastic ring which in my opinion makes them a lot more comfortable to wear and use. They're small and indiscreet which is a plus but can be a negative if you come across as rude lol but they're functional, fot well, transport easily, definitely value for money.Don't expect them to tune out all of the noise, they won't, but for office based droning they definitely make it easier to deal with.
