I need more storage for my iPhone and iPad because I use it to take pictures/videos a lot for both work and home use. The ideal case is to use an external storage because I can share it with both my iPhone and iPad and also use the external storage as a quick way to transfer files between them. I saw this OLALA iDisk fits my needs and is Apple MFi certified so I made the purchase.The package includes just the OLALA iDisk 32GB iPhone Lightning Flash Drive and simple instructions on the package. Once I inserted the flash drive into my iPhone, a notification comes up to move me to appstore to install the companion app "iDisk" or "iDisk Plus". I'm not sure what's the difference between the two apps but mine is a iPhone 6s Plus so I installed iDisk Plus and it works well for me.The app comes with a simple home page which has Photo, Movie, Music, Camera, Setting, and Document buttons. Going into each mode will show you a list of supported files in that category on the flash drive and another touch on the file to preview them. I am able to preview picture, movies and listen to music on the disk without having to move the files onto iPhone first. The camera mode can save pictures/videos directly onto the flash disk directly as well. There is a complete user guide inside the setting menu for people who want to know more details.PROs:- The cable is very flexible and OLALA has included a clip for it so you can bend it in half for easier storage.- I have a case on my iPhone and the adapter works with the case on.- The cable also acts as a charging cable for my iPhone. This is very handy.- The size of the cable/flash drive is just a little longer than a pen when unfolded. It's smaller than a pen when folded and very easy to carry around.- The flash drive is built in so I don't have to worry losing memory card while moving.- It also includes a USB 3.0 adapter on the other end. USB 3.0 is the latest in USB technology and offers very fast file transfer speed.Note:The cable is pretty solid and it's one piece. I couldn't find any place to open it up so the storage can not be easily upgraded/ replaced.Overall it's a very useful little tool and it really helped me on the storage shortage problem for my IOS devices without having to upgrade my iPhone to a bigger capacity.

This flash drive is very useful especially when you go traveling and your phone run out of storage space. It happened to me many times where I want to record a vedio or take pictures and I do not have enough space on my phone and I do not have my computer with me. I tried this flash drive and it is very handy. What I need to do is put it into the phone and it will make backup and move the videos or the picture from the phone to the flash drive. It is really great! I did not have any problem with it. Highly recommended!

Tired of spending money on iCloud And very inconvenient to transfer data to computer when traveling. Therefore I bought this flash drive that can temporary transfer my pics and videos to this flash drive. When I back to home, I load all the data back to my desktop. Very convenient.

I downloaded the free app from the Apple Store, plugged in this flash drive and downloaded all my pictures to it. I set it up to automatically transfer any new pictures I've taken each time I plug this flash drive into my iPhone. It is small enough to carry around and take should I need to retrieve some photos.

It disappeared from windows within a few hours while still transferring files to it. Even Disk Management could not detect it. Buy the SanDisk ixpand drive instead.

This product is excellent as the support fixed all my problems and replaced the damaged piece free of chargei am using the new one which is perfect and flawlessi strongly recommend this product

I transferred my data to the disk, but after one night my data disappeared, very disappointed.

the product is in poor quality. I purchased the first one, did not work,returned and get the second one, still not working, had to returned.
