Love how I don’t have to use a key to lock or unlock the door. Very handy for leaving or coming home in the dark.

I love that my kid can get in the door of no one is home and doesn't have to worry about taking a key with her. It’s so convenient.

Having 2 teens and people who help with our pets at times, this is very convenient. Allowing the option of a fingerprint, keys, or codes gives both long term access as well as short term access as needed. My kids and mother in law love that they don’t have to keep up with a key. My 85 yo mother in law was in awe of how easy it was to use. She said, “we really are living in the future, aren’t we?” 😄 My only complaint is that the blue tooth connection does work well if you aren’t connected with a smart home device. But with the options of codes and fingerprint access, that’s ok.

Easy to physically install, but I had some trouble getting it to work with my Alexa. The customer service walked me through it and I give them five stars for their patience with me.

I originally ordered this for myself to replace my older smart lock with the four-digit code and soft touch buttons that were starting to stick. That's still installed at my house. A friend of mine has a cottage on a lake in Northern Michigan and called me to tell a horror story about driving 4 hours up there on a Friday night only to realize he left the keys at home. Apparently, locksmiths are not too common in that part of the state, and he ended up spending most of the weekend waiting for one in his truck. What kind of friend would I be if I didn't help him out? So, he installed this over Memorial Day weekend and returned during the Fourth of July holiday. Apparently, this thing is awesome. You have multiple methods of entry. The install and setup are a breeze. You have the option to set full time and one time/temporary codes. That allows you to setup a code that just works for a weekend if you want to let friends or family use your cottage. I could see this being a must have for Vrbo and AirBNB owners.Recommend and would order again,

I bought this lock because it was the same brand as my other door lock.. Hornbill. Which I also have a G2 gateway to access through wifi instead of just bluetooth.This lock is NOT COMPATIBLE with the other lock, or the gateway.This lock uses the smart life app, whereas the rest of my hornbill devices are on the TT app.I contacted the company regarding the change in app, and they just told me to return the lock.The lock did function as expected when installed, however i replaced it with the Eufy which is much better quality and a better app.

I'm a huge fan of anything to make my life simpler, especially if it works with my smart home and my smart home interface. This particular lock is fantastic. I don't even have to carry my house keys anymore. I can unlock the door via my phone or my fingerprint, and I cannot tell you how much I love it. Me and my wife no longer have to carry house keys. We leave them locked up in the Bluetooth lock box on the fence, which is nice. So I would definitely recommend if you are one of those people who doesn't like to carry unnecessary keys.

Easy to install and it works when it wants to. You will still need the key!
