QHTY Small-Medium-Large 3 Packs Ice-Cream Scoop Stainless Steel and Trigger Cookie Spoon Melon Spoon

I was excited to get these scoops, and then I used them. I would pick no stars, but it made me choose at least one. The large and medium scoop both broke after attempting to scoop ice cream. It ended up making a tremendous mess with sticky ice cream and broken ice cream scoops.

First time I used two of the scoop sizes, the release loop got misaligned and I had to use tools to get it back in place so I could scoop the whole ice cream off. That caused me to bend the piece at the bottom where I tried to mess up with the tools. I regret buying this product and the worse part is that it is even more complicated to return it from where I am located. So I wasted my $$ on this product. I do not recommend this product at all.

This product is good for scooping bakery batters and such. Anything that is hard to scoop should not be used with this product such as hard icecream. The little arm scrapers DO NOT stay in the right gear notch. It's too hard to get them to release just to have to find yourself in the same situation the next time. But are good for cupcake, pancake, muffin batters and other light batters.

The first time I used the smallest scoop it slipped a cog and the scraper no longer works. It was very disappointing and frustrating. I put the other two in my junk drawer. I'm sure they're fine but too big for what I needed.

The medium size scoop broke the first time I used it on the first scoop of a soft cookie dough. No problems with the other sizes so far.

I’m very disappointed in this buy. These lasted only after a few uses. Maybe 7 at the most. One completely broke and the ring inside of the spoon came off track on the scoopers. Not a quality product.

Scoop broke after using it to scoop the 5th scoop of room temperature cookie dough. Wouldn't release the dough. No fixing it. Sometimes cheap is too cheap.

If you buy these, only use for softened ice cream. If you try to scoop hard ice cream, the teeth slip past the gear when you try to release it. The band will no longer be in the spoon, and it's then useless.
