product is good value and well made. Does the trick - no more sore bum on my bike !! BUT I ordered a size larger as per reviews but they are very big ! however as |Im wearing them underneath other shorts/trousers it doesnt matter too much to me.

I needed some padding for when I'm at the gym doing my spin class. This helped with my front part. But not my bum. So that was still seriously sore once I finished the class.

bought the size relevant to the size chart but they rather generous so the inner pad doesn't fit as snug as it should. Ok for leisure and beginners.
