Can’t understand why a lot of people have given this speaker a bad review, I’ve had mine for sometime now and have had no issues with the charging port. Also the sound quality is excellent, why someone had said it lacks bass is completely wrong. Admittedly it’s not going to shack the floor but the sound it does produce is very good with good bass. My view is they must have had a faulty unit.

I was recently given this product to test and review.I wanted a speaker that I could use in my bedroom at home as I like to listen to music when getting ready and I do not have a CD player or a docking station. This was really handy as I could use Bluetooth to play the music on my phone through the speaker. It also comes in handy for listening to music when you're sat in the garden or at a BBQ as easily pairs to most Bluetooth devices so can play a variety of peoples music at a gathering.The sound quality is good and the volume is perfect for where I am using the speaker. It is quite small so can be transported easily if you wanted to take it places.Overall I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a small portable Bluetooth speaker.

I was recently given this product to test and evaluate and in return give my honest opinion.From the word “go” this product screams high quality. The packaging is solid; well designed and presents the speaker in an aesthetic way before you have even opened the box. The inside of the packaging is split into compartments that enclose the speaker and accessories separately, so there is no chance of damage during transit.My initial thought when I picked up the speaker was very positive. With a smooth finish the speaker feels nice to the touch and is a good size for a portable speaker. Its unique, rounded shape means that the music is directed upwards and the buttons on the front of the speaker make them easy to access. There is all of the standard buttons that you expect, but unlike other portable speakers I have used, these buttons are well made and feel durable.I charged the speaker as soon as I removed it from the packaging using the wire which is included; a bright light at the back of the speaker indicates charging. Once the speaker was completely charged, I turned it on via the On/Off switch at the back and very quickly paired my iPhone 5S with the device. I decided to use the speaker for the first time in our home gym. Selecting my recently made workout playlist, I got the music going and boosted the sound up to full volume.The speaker produces great sound but potentially lacks a little in bass? I was listening to dance / R‘n’B music and I do feel that some of the songs might not have been as “punchy” as they should. But that aside, the best thing about it is the ability to attach it to the handlebars on my exercise bike! The included bar clips take a little while to figure out but I am very happy that these are included – perfect for someone with an active lifestyle.Overall, I think this speaker delivers everything that you would expect from a top end, portable speaker. I have previously owned TDK speakers which I would rate very highly, and I think that Nyne are definitely on par with this well established brand.

Der kleine Kerl hat relativ schlechte Soundqualität. Klirrende Höhen, Nebengeräusche (Rauschen, Pfeifen). Songs mit viel Bass kann man darauf gut hören, aber Klassik mit Gesang dabei ist unerträglich, da möchte man sich die Ohren zuhalten.Lautstärke ist für einen kompakten Mini-Lautsprecher sehr ordentlich. Bluetooth-Verbindung klappt super. Der Lautsprecher hat außerdem separate ''Play/Pause'' und ''Vor/Zurück'', sowie eine ''Anruf annehmen/beenden'' und natürlich ''Laut/Leise'' Tasten. Er hat auf der Rückseite einen 3mm-Klinkenstecker, einen USB 2.0-Port und einen Micro-USB-Port.Ich hätte hinsichtlich der Klangqualität doch bei 30€ etwas bessere Qualität erwartet, nicht zuletzt dank der vielen guten Rezensionen, deshalb gibt es von mir 3 Sterne.

The case's zipper of the first unit I got broke the first time I zipped it. Amazon replaced it right away, but I'm disappointed that I had to take time and effort returning it ant waiting for the replacement, Sound quality is okay for a portable unit but not an outstanding quality one would expect from an expensive, professional speaker,

Guten Tag Zusammen,ich habe den Lautsprecher für mein Fahrrad gekauft, wenn man mit den Kindern eine kleine Tour macht oder die kleine Tochter vom Kindergarten abholt.Der Sound ist gut, trotz dem entgegenkommenden Wind bei höheren Geschwindigkeiten auf dem Fahrrad kann sich der Klang sehen lassen.Ich bin äußerst zufrieden mit dem Produkt.Die Handhabung ist auch einfach und das Gerät lässt sich super leicht befestigen und wird abmachen :)

Me gustó q tiene NFC, controles para adelantar atrasar, sirve como batería trae una bonita funda, cabe de carga, cable de audio, gancho para transportar y accesorio para montar en el manubrio y el sonido muy bueno para su tamaño.

Hübscher Speaker, aber Klang ist blechern und Bässe fehlen völlig. Da gibt es auch in dieser Preisklasse viel bessere Speaker, habe einige getestet und traue mir jetzt ein Urteil zu. Lieber nicht kaufen

Un peu déçu par la qualité sonore et par le main libre mais difficile d'en demander trop à ce petit matériel. J'aurai aimé pouvoir faire une comparaison à l'usage avec le Too Street 2 de Boulanger mais ce n'est pas encore quelque chose de réalisable ... à moins de trouver quelqu'un qui aurait l'autre matériel !

Produit de bonne manufacture et le système d attache au top avec mon guidon assez gros diamètre et tien très bien en dehors des sentiers battus

It comes as a bitter disappointment to write a negative review for the NYNE bluetooth speaker. I loved it and it enriched my life, but the fragile charging port is a terrible flaw.I bought this version of the Nyne bluetooth speaker after I had owned the slightly cheaper model for two years. My old one worked well the entire time, but sadly someone stole it from me. I tried to console myself by buying the slightly more expensive one as a birthday treat, but it was short lived. Though the sound quality was a little better and the body more durable, within the first two weeks I found I was having a harder and harder time getting the speaker to accept a charge without wiggling it and sometimes taping it into position. I never used any charging cable other than the one that came with it. I called the company and they explained it was a common problem and that Amazon would replace it. Fortunately it was just two days before the return expired.My new one came in the mail a few days later and since I was aware the charging port was a problem I used all my care every time I plugged or unplugged my speaker to charge. I was able to get about 5 months out of my speaker before the port failed again. 5 months isn't long enough for something I paid about one hundred dollars for. It's sad to write a one star review for something that brought me so much joy. It's also sad that I have to pay for another d@$% bluetooth speaker and hope it works as well as I have a right to expect it to.

I've been using the Nyne Cruiser for about 3 weeks now and I like it. I bought it specifically for mounting on to the bicycle and listening as I ride. I bought it to replace my audio rush system. The audiblerush system was great but the mounting system would sometimes fail and have the unit pop off the bike. This was rare but unacceptable. The Nyne doesn't look like it was designed with fast bicycling in mind. The mounting system is unfortunately very poor and unusable without added reinforcement. The locking mechanisms are similar to the old style Garmin mounts (there are 2) but the material it is made of or perhaps the manufacturing standards are poor such that with a little pressure the unit will come out without unhitching the locks. Thankfully I realized this immediately and reinforce the mount with a tied bungee cord. With the bungee cord the unit stays in place and has not failed yet. This is with riding through potholes and turns at 20-23 mph. The sound quality is pretty good, not tinny or thin, and the volume is adequate. The speakers are 2x 5 watts. The audiblerush was 2x 6 watts. It really seems like 2x5 watts is really the minimum to hear music over the rushing air and traffic noises. Heavy traffic (trucks passing) may block out the Nyne but I don't experience this often enough to make it a drawback. All this said I still believe this is currently the best unit available for this purpose. This unit sounds good, can be made secure to the bike, and compared to other similar products the price was great. When researching this speaker I also considered others: I really liked the sound of the JBL but to me mounting it in a bottle cage was just not an option. I've tried this type of option before and music pointed toward your ears (on the handlebars) trumps music under your rear-end every time. I also listened to the Beats and wasn't impressed with he sound or volume. Final thought: This is probably the best product for on the bike tunes at the moment but it has a lot of room for improvement in the mount. If the mount wasn't a real issue I would have leaned towards 5 stars.

Update - Contacted NYNE, they created return and repaired then shipped back, no issue with Return process though it did take several weeks device now working again and being VERY careful with inserting / removing USB charge cable. NB: Device shipped was same device returned so definite repair rather than replacement.-------------------------------------------------------------------------Total piece of expensive junk - usb charging port separated from circuit board and no longer charges - did not even last 6 months, however no longer eligible for return on Amazon.
