Works exactly as advertised. Very easy to program by simply opening the cover to the control panel. I now am using 4 of these openers in various family vehicles, farm equipment and UTVs.

Good gate remote that is easy to pair. I’ve ordered more than 20 of these to provide to people who need access to the property. Electronics can go bad, but I am in a tropical climate and the electronics depending on who’s using them don’t always last. When this does happen, I’m often able to program a different button for the same function so that I can reuse the remote. The biggest flaw is the battery compartment lid, which can come off inadvertently in your pocket or sitting in your car. When it comes off the batteries fall out and depending on who it happens to can cause quite a problem. May start gluing them to avoid this issue.

I purchased a set of Topens M12 remotes for my PW502 dual swing gate, and it’s been working great. Setup was quick and easy, and the remote has a strong signal—I can open and close the gate from inside my house, about 60 feet away. I was so happy with it, I bought another set. Definitely a great addition to the gate system!

I purchased these remote openers for my Topens electric gate opener. The Opener came with 2, but I wanted a couple more, so I ordered these. These are about the easiest remotes I've ever used, I followed the instructions in the operating instructions and I had all 4 programmed in about 5 minutes.I highly recommend.
