Executive Chair Ergonomic High Back Leather Manager Office Chair by KERMS (Coffee)

Just arrived tonight. No problems with assembly and this was unique - it came with a set of white cloth GLOVES. The quality exceeds my expectations for a chair at this price. Feels firm and well padded. It curves inward at the top to provide noticeable support to the upper back, like you're in a sports car seat. Looks GREAT - design, quality, color, texture, and materials are all very good. I'm getting a second one for my office @ work.

I've owned this chair for less than one year and I noticed immediately the quality was poor. The right arm rest cracked in HALF within 6 months. I can't even understand how that happens. Cushion is pretty lacking. Its a nice deep chair, which I enjoy, probably the only thing I enjoy about it besides the color. Overall the build quality isn't the best.Update 09/10/18: The left arm has now broken too. These things are garbage, they do not hold up very long at all. Stay away from this chairUpdate: 3/26/19: The piston has failed. The chair will no longer stay the height I need it at. I am only 170 pounds and this chair is rated for much more. In 1 year and a few months time this chair has proven to me time and time again I wasted my money. Do not purchase.

Typical office chair lasts 5 years or more. This one literally "exploded" when I turned around to reach back. I weigh about 175 lbs, so it's not that it was overloaded. I guess this is what you get when the structure is made of cheap plastic instead of metal. And I say "cheap plastic" because many strong plastics could have been used successfully here.

Bought 3 of these for the office, and all three wound up in the dumpster within 6 months. They don't hold up very well, and a mesh back chair is much better to stay cool while seated.The chairs would also sink over time, so you constantly had to adjust them for your desk height.

It's oversized, easy to assemble and extremely comfortable. The arms do NOT move or are adjustable in any way. It is a very nice looking chair as well.

Nice chair for the price. My son and I argue over who gets to sit in it when we're working in the office.
