Although this unit is good for listening to music, the latency prohibits it's use for video or television.

Set it up works fine problem was the instructions, had to use a magnifying glass to read.

Lots of not so low level noise. Gonna buy a good one now. Interference is very off putting and constant. I advise you to avoid this very basic unit. I will say that apart from that one issue everything else was as advertised. I don't think mine is faulty, just reflective of the price.

Very neat and effective EXCEPT latency makes it unworkable for monitoring musical instruments via headphones through it.If you are using it to listen to recorded music, radio, podcasts etc it's very good through my Bluetooth headphones. But not when listening to an instrument I was playing and monitoring through the headphones. One whole beat of lag at a moderate tempo. Actually quite good fun to experiment with the effect but no use for playing properly!But otherwise very good value, nicely made and packaged.

Works a treat on older, music system without Bluetooth.

I only used the Transmission function, so I can't review how well the Receiver function works.I got this for transmitting from my mp3 player to my wireless earphones whilst out on runs, since my wired earphones are starting to strip and they get in the way anyway, and I didn't want to take my bulky fragile smartphone out with me. Other reviews have noted the included audio connector causes a whiny background noise so I knew to expect this, but it wasn't a big deal as it isn't noticeable once the music starts playing.Unfortunately despite only transmitting from my running shorts pocket to my ears, the audio kept cutting in and out. The product description advertises a functional range of 10m but I don't see how this is possible. If you use a treadmill and have a counter to put it on it would probably work but at that point you might as well just use your phone. I guess need something a bit stronger and less budget.
