Kingfisher 2-Seater Hardwood Garden Patio Bench

Very pleased with this 2 seater bench, easy assembly, love the colour of the wood, which seems good quality wood, I guess time will tell. I’ve gone over it with teak oil and will give another coat as it’s new wood.It’s a nice deep seat which makes it very comfortable, (with or without a bench cushion)This bench is solid/sturdy so shouldn’t get blown about on a windy day! Unlike my last one, which wasn’t as nice as this one.Absolutely recommend this value for money bench.

So far so good easy assembly and good value, but time will tell after it's sat out in winter weather, as in the assembly instructions it says to bring the shelter in doors during winter months which I don't recall reading in the sales pitch 🤔

I absolutely love my Bench, it is Sturdy,well designed an super comfortable, to sit on, I did get a waterproof padded seat for it, the bench arrived well packaged an on time. Howevery there was one Nut/Bolt missing from the little package of Screws an bits to connect, I emailed an received message same day even though it was Sunday to say they will attend to my concern as soon as office opened. I had queries about the bench being paler than the photo. Sandra customer service was so helpful and polite, requested photos to check I had received the right item, in meantime family assured me it was ok just needed a wood stain at some time. So Sandra dealt with problem of missing bolt, I received a email from Jaimie,to say my replacement was on the way. When it didn't arrive my daughter checked courier,they had messaged saying they had damaged my parcel,an I needed contacting seller. Again Sandra sorted it. An I received message from Connor to say how sorry they were an replacement was on way Asap. This time it arrived safely in a sealed padded parcel. The Bench was put together an I am so happy with my purchase. The customer Service is Amazing, I would recommend this Seller.Thank you Sandra, Jamie,an Connor!🥰.

Seven years ago I bought an almost identical bench for £45 and I sang its praises in a review. It was so good that I bought two more as family gifts, none of which had issues. Now, in 2025, the same bench has gone up 66% in price, and down almost the same percentage in quality. It’s so flimsy you’d honestly think it was made of balsa wood! It arrived broken in two joints, and in another location a dowel had popped out as if it hadn’t been glued. If I’d known it would be this bad I would have gone skip-diving for pallets and made a bench out of those. Pallet wood is far better quality than this bench! Very disappointing and definitely not recommended.
