Still Like La Voz...
What can I say, after using La Voz for decades, and having tried other brands, I still like them best. I don't play bari sax, and use these on my tenor, I find they add a little more "beef" to my tone.

Works great, always buy these for my son.
My son has used these on his Bari Sax for a few years and always likes them.

Great reeds, especially for someone who has not been playing a lot.
I am 71 years old, and had not kept up my playing. I had taken on a demanding gig of playing outdoors for political events. There was no way I could get my old reeds to work for me, as my embouchure was not recovering to a youthful level. But I had one of these La Voz Med Soft, that was working for me...I could barely read the identification on the back.Rather than search around in the music stores, I went for an order of these. It was great that the first one out of the box played for me. No more worries about being stuck without a reed.

Not as consistent as Vandoren
Nice for someone who pushes a little more air. Found that the consistency wasn't up to the same standards as Vandoren blue box, though, and had some warping of the reed after barely any use with some of them.Overall, good, depending on how you play.

They have the sound of a 4 or 5 with the playing ease of a 3.5
I started Bari in the winter of 6th grade and the reeds that my director gave me were usually standard Vandoren reeds with a strength of 3 or 3.5 with the Selmer C* he ordered for me and now going into 11th I have a reputation for "Over-powering any and all brass" in my band (Even on band trips when we see 7A bands march, we are 3A) because I play, you guessed it, really loud thanks to the correct reeds. I preferred Rico reeds to Vandoren because they are generally more playable directly out of the box, produce a better tone for me, and as such I usually bought Rico Royals strength 4 or 4.5, but my mom got these reeds on sale at a music store and I decided to try them out. Since I was used to 4.5s and I was looking for 5s I was a tad pessimistic about "medium-hard" reeds since I was at the end of the spectrum with the hardest strengths, but I gave them a try and fell in love. The sound I got was the rich, full tone that I came to expect from only high strength reeds, but right out of the box the reed played easily and wasn't hard to control. Having reeds only last a few weeks due to hairline cracks in the middle is no longer a problem because so far after 2 months the reeds have stood up to as much air as I could push and the tone produced doesn't distort as much at higher volumes, or go flat, as most reeds do. As I tell my friends "They have the tone quality of a 4 or 5 with the ease of a 3.5, you should get like, 10 boxes."

Excelente
Muy alta calidad de sonido, tenía mis dudas por no ser numeradas sino por su dureza, pero acerté en la compra y ha sido una compra excelente.
