Perfect fit

I recently purchased the Bose wireless transmitter to complement my new Bose PA setup. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. From the outset, I encountered issues with the transmitter. Despite reaching out to customer service and corresponding with Ronel, the problems persist without a definitive resolution.The transmitter frequently drops connections, causing interruptions during performances, which is unacceptable for professional use. Additionally, the response from the customer service team and I am still waiting for a concrete solution to the problem.As someone who has invested significantly in Bose products, including the Bose S1 Pro+ portable PA systems and the Bose Sub1, I expected a seamless experience. However, this issue with the wireless transmitter has marred my overall experience with Bose.I hope Bose takes this feedback seriously and works towards providing a reliable solution for their wireless transmitters. Until then, I cannot recommend this product to fellow musicians or professionals.
