This brace saved my life! I was in so much pain before.
I tore my meniscus and the hospital gave me that horrible brace that takes up your whole leg and doesn’t even stay on. So I found this item on Amazon and it is so comfortable, doesn’t slip off, my knee feels super secure, it has the most comfortable amount of compression and support! It isn’t too bulky to where I can’t walk with it on. It works well when I walk and sit. It was definitely worth the few dollars I paid for it. I am 5’1 200 pounds I wear a size 16 pants and I got a large : it fits perfectly snug but no room to grow in it at all, so if you want it to fit a little more lose get the xl. But I like the tight fit and it’s not cutting my circulation off, it’s just that there wasn’t any strap left hanging out. I absolutely love that but some people don’t like it so hopefully this helps

Great quality for the price.
It’s actually a really good quality knee brace for the price! The Velcro fit pretty good and hold tight and the comfort straps give you that lil extra. I wish they would’ve left a lil border between the edge of the Velcro and the flaps. Cause I’ve noticed the roughy part of the Velcro starts to rub on the back of my knee and hurt. Probably my fault, being I probably need the next size up just for comfort. But overall a well made product.

Well-Made and Supportive, but Very Restrictive
This brace is solidly built and clearly made with quality materials. It’s easy to put on and adjust, and it does provide strong support, especially for those recovering from ACL or MCL injuries. However, I found it significantly limited my ability to bend my knee. It felt very encumbering during movement, and despite the support, my kneecap still felt somewhat unstable. It might work well for someone needing more rigid stabilization, but for me, it was a bit too restrictive for everyday use.Overall, it’s a durable, supportive option—but be aware that mobility may be significantly sacrificed for stability.

Huge support, great quality
I am shocked at how cheap this product was for the quality. It is very heavy duty, and gives a huge amount of support. I had intense knee pain, put this on and my kneee stopped hurting and I could walk again. I do not know if I will be able to get my jeans or pants on over it, and will not be trying to run or do exercise in it. It gives insane stability to my knee. Just what I was looking for.

Sparthos Knee Brace - Relieves ACL, MCL, Meniscus Tear
The 3 star rating is based on my practical use of this knee brace. I wanted something sturdy and supportive and this brace certainly provides that. The size chart also seems to be accurate. The problem I had is the design of the brace is just too much. I watched the video and it looked simple enough to use, however, in practice, it is quite cumbersome to put on. Once on, it works and feels good. But there are so many velcro straps and some are too long, that you spend time untangling it all. You first wrap the brace around your knee and where the 2 ends meet behind the knee and you overlap them using the velcro strips on the brace to hold it in place, both at the top and at the bottom. Meanwhile, you are navigating around the 4 extra long velcro straps that are hanging. Once you have secured the brace at the top and bottom by overlapping it behind your knee, then you start the process of feeding the 4 velcro straps through their designated hoops. If you find the brace isn't snug enough you have to re-do the overlapping portions behind your knee. If you try to make the brace more snug by tightening the velcro straps, then the sections you overlapped become bunched up. Like I said, once I could get it properly adjusted, it felt great and offered great support. But I found the process of putting it on more than I wanted to deal with on a daily basis. I had to return it...too much work. Sizing chart was accurate for me.

This has helped SO much!
I have had 2 torn meniscus, displaced knee cap and 2 surgeries for those. I went through therapy but as I age the knee is weaker and seems to be unstable and gives it out side to side. I have tried wrapping it, I have tried several pull on sleeves and when I saw this online, I was hopeful that it would stabilize my knee because it has metal bars on each side with a hinge to allow walking. It does!! I felt much relief the first day! Usually by bedtime, I am in a lot of pain and it is hard to sleep. But at the end of the very first day, I had 99% relief! It has 2 Velcro main body wraps and 4 Velcro straps, my advice is to place the hole over knee cap and strap the bottom wrap of the main body as snug as you can, then do the top of wrap strap, then adjust the bottom tighter if needed. Then do the Velcro straps that are to go into black brackets and tighten firmly. I wear mine over my pants. A few times a day, I have to retighten if I do a lot of walking. If you feel your knee going sideways, BUY this, it will help! I am going to buy several so I have one ready to replace when I wear this one out. Great product!!!

Can't go wrong. It helps.
I was in a car accident, my knee was injured and couldn't put weight on it. Tore ACL and me midiscuss with two fractures and bruised the tibula and femur bones. Got this brace per my doctor's recommendation and I was able to get around better. Easy to put on and off and helps my knee to heal. If you need it, get it.

You may have to fix a flaw.
I've recently ordered a second brace after having experience with the first brace. For the price, this brace is sturdy, and comfortable, and fairly easy to use. The brace is for occasional use, only.My four stars could have been five stars because, on the first brace, two straps that are used to tighten the brace are not one-piece straps, but are actually two straps "welded" together, and the welded joint does not hold; and the strap pulls apart, and is too short to be useful. The "welded" joint seems to glued, rather than sewn on, and it is joint is defective.
