Great bag
Great bag! Good size and durable. Not to mention they have good customer service

Very uncomfortable strap
Great bag except for a few things. The strap is made too wide, too thick and too stiff. I can't turn my head without it choking me. The media pocket is next to useless because it's too small for a phone or radio unless you're using a flip phone. The main pockets are really nice, however. The interior molle/Velcro combo is really nice. The bag has a tendency to slide with every movement, placing the media pocket right into the neck. That's unfortunate. Overall, I don't suggest buying it until the strap is replaced. That's kinda important. If it had a more user friendly / comfortable strap, this would be an excellent bag. Also worth noting: I found the exact same bag being sold for half the price at CovertBags.com. Literally, the exact same bag. That wasn't pleasant to see.

Zippers need more resistance so they don't come undone. Maybe a little more strap padding. Belt pocket too small for phone.
