Ramsey Press Junior Adventure Bank: Smart Saver Bank

We have 3 children and this bank has been a great learning tool for managing money and understanding the 3 categories for saving at a very young age. I love that it doesn't require batteries like a lot of children's banks. I need another battery powered item in my home like I need a hole in my head. The bottom of the bank has easy to remove rubber seals in the event that the tooth fairy needs a little help in a pinch. Highly recommend!

so many of these banks are made of cardboard. But this was way better and much more sturdy then I had hope for, heavy, plastic and great graphic. These will last my grandkids a long time. I look forward to giving them to the kids as part of their Easter baskets.

Great product. I love Dave Ramsey’s teachings and this is a perfect product! The quality is great and will last even with the wear and tear kids tend to put on things. Worth the money! The bank is big enough to fit lots of coins and bills.

Each of my kids has one of these banks, and we have the Ramsey chore chart and book series for kids. They love earning their commission ($.05 - $.25 depending on the chore), and the 5 year old has saved money and made some purchases of her own. She has also used her "give" money to buy an outfit for another child her age who needs it. Great lessons here.

I am using this to help teach my kids about balancing budgets and saving for what they want. They are 8 and 5, and they love putting the money in each slot and watching it go in. The product is very sturdy and should last for a long time.

I used this system for my adult children when they were 8 and 10. They loved it. The only disappointment for my grandson is that he hoped they would actually be the buildings, a bank, store and church. I would recommend purchasing the book to help explain how the saving process is intended to work.

The concept of the product is good, though it would be better with multi-ethnic graphics, instead of just Caucasian only.
