Love the jar, but what good is that with a pump that immediately rusts? This one started disintegrating within weeks after first use. Literally.EDIT (20 Aug 2018): The support team for the vendor contacted me and offered to replace the pump. (They also offered me an inflatable travel pillow, woohoo. I don't get the connection, but… thanks?) It will be 2-3 weeks until it arrives—and I will be back some time after that to let you know how the replacement performs.EDIT (5 Sep 2018): The pump has arrived. Now we'll see how it performs…EDIT (23 Oct 2018): I've been using the new pump for a month and a half. The vendor has kindly asked me (promptly, every two weeks) if the pump is okay now. So far, I don't see any sign of rust.

This product looks very nice but do not be fooled. It is not a good product. It all hinges on the pump and the pump is terrible. It rusts!!! Everyone was wondering why brown soap was coming out of the dispenser and it's because it started rusting almost immediately. The makers/sellers of this product clearly did not do any compatibility testing to verify that it will not rust with soap, lotions, or any water-based product. The title of the product says that it is stainless but clearly it is not! I want a refund for false advertising!

 Day 1 Review:I like the nickel stainless steel look and that it is glass and not plastic. However two things are concerning:1. It does not sit flat and therefore makes a rattle noise every time you dispense soap, I assume the glass is not molded perfectly on the bottom.2. The dispenser top wiggles quite a bit and so I am concerned about how long it will last.See video for examples.My long-term concerns are that the dispenser top might break over time, and I am also hoping it doesn't rust like so many of the other ones I see on Amazon. Will update this review in the future if any changes.UPDATE - 1 month in, and it's already rusting at the tip both inside and out, and brown rusty flakes are coming out when I dispense soap. This is exactly as others have said in their reviews. Rusting after a month, seriously? Dropping this to 2 stars.

I really like the look of this dispenser. But, the "stainless steel" pump certainly is a misnomer!!! I bought four of these dispensers to have by the sinks in my bathrooms and laundry room. However, I've had to trade them out for off-the-shelf grocery story dispensers...because, within a short time, the soap coming out of the dispenser was brown from the rust within the so-called "stainless steel" pump. Very disappointed. Until the supplier gets the problem with the pump fixed, I would not recommend this dispenser to anyone. And, it's really a shame, because it looks great. I just don't care to see brown soap coming out into my hands. Yuck!!!

Okay, I have mixed thoughts on this product. First, it is super cute. I love the glass container (it is thick, well shaped, hold a large quantity of soap). Secondly, the cost is more than fair. However, the spout clogs, making the soap shoot up at you at times! While it is rather comical, it can also be frustrating. Now that I know what to expect, I do my best to "unclog" the tip of the spout now and then, and/or tip the jar into my hand when I use it. But, be aware of that rather important flaw. Otherwise, it is a cute, low cost soap dispenser.

Great product! Very nice glass bottle, pump has a great finish, and is an awesome replacement for my old plastic bottle. Looks great on the sink, highly recommend!!!

Received the dispenser on time and was immediately happy with the purchase. Fast forward 3 days and the spout is already beginning to rust. Glad I only bought 1 instead of the 4 I need for my bathrooms. Kinda bummed.Update: I was contacted recently by the seller, offering to send another spout and asking for me to change my review prior to receiving the new product. I declined to change the review until I received the new spout and I'm glad I did the ethical thing and waited. The new spout sent did not fit the tubing used for this bottle so it was pointless of sending. I stand by my original review of the item being cute but it rust after a few days.

They pump doesn't deliver much soap in each press of the plunger. Have to press it several times to get enough soap to lather my hands. Also, the pump is slow to come back up after each press, making it take longer to get those several pumps of soap.
