Cheap parts - Bad company
I've purchased 3 different products from Zelotes, all mice. This one in particular came broken out of the box. Rattling parts inside. The other 2, the mouse wheel gave out in less than a year. I just believe they use REALLY cheap parts are just have very poor product quality control. The new mouse when it came in, the box was is great shape, double packed, so I don't blame the shipping.
