This is a very easy product to use daily.

Effective/ No Cramping
My 'go to' when I can't ... go. Definitely works overnight/ within about 9 hours. You may have to experiment with how many tablets you take at one time. I appreciate that this does not double me over with cramps or cause explosive diarrhea. Very thorough and predictable, once you know how much you need. I recommend overnight useage, for obvious reasons.
