High quality, high dose, effective.
Way better than 90% of the curcumin / turmeric supplements around. Most are a waste of time sadly. These work for me. I'm getting on a bit and do combat sports. I'm aching a lot and these really help me deal with it without constantly resorting to taking Ibuprofen which has various health risks and side-effects I don't enjoy.Healthspan are one of the few UK companies I trust for supps.
