Effective filter
This is a good effective filter made for the Evo 13.5 gallon. You need to make sure you order this one if you have the Evo 13.5 gallon, there is another size for the smaller tank, it’s easy to order the wrong one.

This is for the smaller (34litre) of the two sizes of Flex aquarium
The product description wasn't clear, but a review mentioned that this was compatible with the larger (57litre) of the two common sizes of Flex aquarium. It isn't, it is sized for the smaller (34litre) aquarium.I have no idea whether these are all the same, or that this was a mispack / mis pick, either way no good for my 57litre flex. Returned for refund, which could have been avoided if the product description were clearer.

Not the right product but a great service was received
The product was incompatible to the Fluval filter we have, but the service received was outstanding. Product arrived in good condition. Fast delivery. Th returns process was quick and easy and we are donating the product to out local Aquatics Centre, as we are told we don't have to return the item.
