No instructions!!!
No instructions whatsoever! What do we have to be, mind-readers to know how to hook this thing up? Not even a simple wiring diagram was included, really?For $79.99 I expected at least a wiring diagram on a little sheet of paper.

Bent Pins, Chipped Headers, Poor Packing Job
I haven’t tested the motor’s performance itself; however, I’m disappointed in the condition my motor arrived in. The pins shown in the picture are bent and that’s after I tried to very gently move them back to being 90 degrees. Any more force and the plastic headers would chip. If I’m paying a premium for a motor, it better be premium. Lack of attention to detail on something like pins can, depending on your application, cause lots of problems. I’m praying the motor itself works, but until then I’m not a happy customer.
