Pour the Innopure® Drink powder into 200ml of cold water and mix rapidly for 30 seconds, then mix slowly for 1 minute. If you prefer a thicker consistency mix for a further minute. When you have prepared your Innopure® Drink powder, drink within the next few minutes before it thickens too much. Take 1 serving, 3 times a day, 30 minutes before a meal. It is important to drink plenty of water when consuming this product.

Helps with food cravings
I really like this drink, it’s tasty, not too sweet and if you leave it a few minutes, the consistency changes and makes it more satisfying.Delivery was very quick and packaged well. Would recommend this product as a way to attempt to eat less.

Been using this for a few days now on a crash diet, it does seem to take the egde off the hunger. Its definately helped me stop snacking. However, in my opinion, it isn't the most pleasant taste.
