It works great on my iphone 7 if I take it out ...
It works great on my iphone 7 if I take it out of my charger case. Does not work at all on my iPad Air 2. Good price for it to lay in my desk.

Simple to use i-FlashDevice
Insert the i-Flash USB holder, you will be prompted to install the i-FlashDevice app on iOS. Intuitive, it supports Lightning port to SD card reader, works out of the box. You just slide the SD/microSD card in, it is not spring-loaded, so there is no worries that your micro SD card will go flying away while in the field. It supports USB 2.0 and USB-C which can carry significantly more power and the full bandwidth of USB 3.1.Many times I needed a monitor to view videos filmed with a GoPro, this allows me to conveniently playback on a iPad. It works both ways, you can also turn it into an external storage by backing up your device pictures, videos and data files. Tested it with a 64 gb, works great.
