Super disappointed bought this for my 7 yo daughter bday and she was so excited til she tried to use it and there is one math game that is not fun and too fast and when trying to activate it is impossible as the instructions are terrible and you have to log into other apps and activate a sim card.. After doing all this i was still unable to activate it instead got charged for bogus charges and fraud alert. What a waste of money and a sad daughter

You can't set the time or date on this watch unless you connect to the ap, even with service. I've tried both apps, connecting and disconnecting with no luck. The app won't connect to the watch. I would have returned it if I didn't miss the cut of date-- that's how long it took to figure out the ap is a piece of junk. I was able to get service, so we can still use it for emergencies, but it doesn't function as a watch unless you want to know the date and time in China. Additionally, because we can't connect to the ap we can't add contacts or use the messaging feature.

The manual is very small and difficult to read.Difficult to set up - bought speedtalk sim card, easy to activate, get signal bar (total 4 bar shows 2 bar), OK to make phone call. Downloaded app 'SeTreacker2', cannot setup due to device offline, tried all of possible way in manual and finally get data signal - 2 arrows up and down, OK to setup device through app.OK to make phone call.OK to take picture locally or remotely.Only one game not fun at all.GPS is not accuracy at all, shows a location about 2 miles away. tried many times, same location.Data network connection easily loss - arrow signal loss at reboot need to send text message to reset. Also lost after 2 mile running, need to send text message to reset.Battery life is just OK, 2 hours idle - from 100% to 85%.Anyway, not for my purpose - phone call/text message/gps tracking/step counting - only first feature is OK. I will return it.

Good watch and does what it is intended to do and the watch is child friendly, my 7 year old daughter understood how to make calls without showing her. The seller was great at communicating with me when I had trouble setting up and was very helpful throughout the way. My experience was great and highly recommend also like that you can set the watch to school mode so the child isn’t able to use it during class.

I dislike this item because it was complicated for one. It was not in English. It was too hard to activate even though they give you the instructions to buy the card. The activation, for the card was complicated. It was mainly for the GPS with me, which that didn’t work Because it would not compared to Florida but the phone part of the day at work for one of them and I bought two it was just too much so I ended up sending them back. I would rather go to a phone company and get one through them that way I don’t have to worry about the hassle . I do not recommend this item for anyone.

I couldn't even set the watch up. Said the Device was offline. Instructions give you steps to reset the watch, which requires you to text a code. But everytime I tried it would say message not sent. You can only talk to text and it wouldn't work for me. I eneded up getting the Gizmo watch through Verizon and it has worked great.
