If you are seated with your kid in the back seat. They tend to slide down or up ... do not leave your kid alone while wearing this

Head slips down
Extremely disappointed as the purpose was to have my 9 months old neck and head position proper for long routes but it’s useless. Wasted time and money

works as intended and comfortable
It took a little convincing for our 3 year old to leave this on. Once he did and adjusted it where he wanted, it worked great. Diono car seats are safe, but do not have any incline and he often looks so uncomfortable when he sleeps. This thing worked great to allow him to sleep well!! I would not, however, put it on a child that cannot adjust it themselves if it does fall.
