Very strong laxative
It work very well for me, no cramping just the normal urge to go. I drink it at night and I go in the morning once I take a sip of water.

Senna Tea Works!
I grew up drinking Senna teas on several occasions. It's hard to find a good senna tea that actually works. This one does the job! I have a slow digestive system and knew I needed some natural help other than colonics. I drank it the day prior late afternoon and the next morning, senna to the rescue! Just be sure to stay near a restroom or stay at home while cleansing.

I don't have to worry about regulating my bowel with this!
I usually like to drink this in the evenings (I will have about 2-3 cups) but you have to prepare to go at LEAST 3-4 times/day. Make sure you have easy access to the restroom and are constantly hydrating when drinking this because I would typically feel a little dehydrated but also relieved from not having had a bowel movement for several days.
