Great product except for the polycarbonate roof panels.
I have the same problem as the previous review. I believe that the holes on the roof panels were created by someone shooting fireworks on the 4th of JULY. Every year I seem to get more and more holes. I can not seem to find replacement roof panels on the web. I originally purchased mine at sears. I don't believe that Sears even sells this gazabo any more.

Hardtop gazebo
We love our gazebo, but after 5 years we have a lot of pea size hail holes in the roof....we would love to be able to get new roof panels.
