I think it does but my skin is not very dry.

I apply this as I would a foundation, but with my fingers. It will not sink into your skin like a lotion would; instead it lays on top, filling in the fine lines and small wrinkles. You can wear it alone to even out you skin, or under a foundation to provide a smooth base.

Q: Will this product clog pores?

As someone with oily and acne prone skin, I have not had any issues with this product.
