Fit perfect in the 17000 Honeywell model. Some of the other filters on amazon were too big and the door did not seal. No problems here.

My nose and eyes have a burning sensation when using this filter. Happened after a couple months of use, in the beginning there was no such problem. Wish the original manufacture made these again, even if it costs more.

I just received the item today and I am very pleased with it. The air smells fresh and clean, unlike the original Honeywell hepa filter that came with the filter unit. The original hepa filter smelled awful, after 6 weeks. This brand fits perfect, the delivery was prompt, even made the unit run seemingly more quiet. I will update if it should start smelling foul, but I am pretty sure it won't do that.

I purchased my my unit used and a new filter was needed. Prior to the change the fan sounded loud, beyond the level of "white noise". The new filter has the fan running quieter on Hi now than it ever was on Low before.

I agree with another reviewer: this filter has a strong smell. I've had it for almost 2 weeks and it still smells every time I run it, which is a problem since it's used in a bedroom.
