I Purchased this Great Product on 8 December 2022 and it was working perfectly from when i started to use it but suddenly after a month it started working issues it doesn’t work correctly either way its not charging my phone now its not even 3 months Can you help me out ? Or replace?

I am a huge fan of portronics accessories. They offer high quality usb cables for fast charging and data transfer . I don't use original in-box cable from apple instead I prefer to use this cable as it is very convenient to use because of it's L shaped . So no cable rear or cuts . It is compatible and fits easily. And it is tangle free too.

Cable worked good for about 3 months and then stopped working from one side. Then it used to stop charging by itself. Tried a different adaptor but in vain. Then tried a different cable which worked well. As it was way within warranty period reached out to the seller. They want us to ship it to delhi and no charges will be borne by them. They also are so judgemental and claim that ppl reach out to claim warranty for faulty cable twice. My only request to all is please dont buy Portronics at all. Even if its given as free. Have ordered amazon basics cable now.
