Great tasting sausage, EXCELLENT company!
Just ordered two sausages and the company gifted me with a small box of them! Couldn't believe it actually. The sausages arrived today packed in a small box, encased with ice packs and styrofoam, in a larger box. Delicious, mild and flavorful sausage, that's worth every penny! Put the extra sausages I received in my freezer. If the company tried to win me over with their act of kindness, they succeeded. I'll definitely be ordering more of their sausage in the future!

Great Sausage!
I wanted to try some organic sausage. I ordered one and was also gifted with a box of them!! Thank you so much!! It's so rare nowadays for people to be so kind and generous.As for the taste, lt is Delicious!!! The best summer sausage I've had. It doesn't have a weird after taste like most do but a clean beef taste. It goes so well with cheese! I'm going to be spreading the word and re-ordering. Can't wait to serve this on a platter with cheeses for company. Thank you.

This is the best summer sausage I've ever had. It is not as salty as some of the other ones I've had; which is a good thing. To top it all off, it's advertised as organic and contains no sodium nitrite.I'd choose this over the Hickory Farms which is saltier and does contain sodium nitrite.Will definitely order from Organic Prairie again. They were also kind enough to give me some extra :)

Price fluctuates dramatically
Good tasting summer sausage. Only warning is that the price will change from week to week from $5.50 to over $9.

Great taste
Taste way better than the cheap summer sausage. My two year old picky eater even loves it. Tastes amazing and not too salty. Great for cheese and crackers or a light lunch. Definitely pricey and will be consumed in a small time frame.

Not too good
I'm not impressed by this product. I have had all natural summer sausage made from beef, from pork, and a combination of the two. I prefer the all beef personally, so I was excited about trying this. I'll make a long story short. I'll be sticking with Johnsonville all beef for now because of these two reasons: it tastes better, and it eats smoother, which is to say it leaves less gristle, tendon, silver skin between my teeth.
