I absolutely love this pool and am so glad I purchased it.If you’re like me and don’t have a pool, this is a great thing to have if you want to cool off and catch a tan during the summer! Would make a great float even if you have a pool.My only downfall is the cup holder does not fit my hydro jug, it’s definitely smaller than I expected.Overall, it was easy to ensemble and pretty thick - holding the air great and keeping its shape.I love the fact that the headrest clips in or I can take it off and move it around, it’s definitely pretty comfortable to lay in for a couple hours. For being a small tanning pool it definitely keeps me nice and cool on those hot days. I’m about 5’3 and feel like I could have ordered the bigger size since my feet do hang off a little but not a big deal for me! I definitely enjoy laying out in this while reading a book and catching a tan - I will most definitely be using this quite a bit this summer!

Great way to get through a hot summer day!Sizing: we got the extra large, which was perfect for one or two people. My husband is 6 feet tall and 165 lbs and I am 5’4” and 125 lbs and we fit perfectly together.Only downside, and why we took off one star, is that there’s a bit of an issue with quality control. The “pontoon” on one side of our pool is slightly smaller than the other, and the head pillow clips on somewhat unevenly (higher on one side) but neither flaw will affect the function at all, really. Just gives the pool a very slight, somewhat lopsided appearance. I suspect that each pool is slightly different, so others may be perfect. Not worth the bother of returning for another. Hey, what do you want for $48?!Highly recommend getting the “Inflatebeasts” electric pump which is shown in the photos. It’s on Amazon for about $10…. Otherwise it takes a long time --and great lungs-- to blow up by mouth (and then you’ll feel light-headed for a while!). The pump comes with 3 extenders including the perfect valve extender for the pool, and blows up the pool in just a couple of minutes.Recommended with the reservations stated above. 4 ****

Why did you pick this product vs others?:When you live in Iowa and it’s above 100 degrees with high humidity, you need one of these. I’m a plus size girlie so I bought the XL size and there was plenty of space. There was even a little extra room for my nephew to join in. Easy to set up. I love that the head piece is detachable so you can move it around depending how you are laying in the bed. Price was reasonable too.

I never write reviews, but this “tanning pool” is a game changer. It’s very well made with thick material. I’m a tall girl (5’10) and the xl is long enough for me to lay in. Not sure the xl is wide enough to hold two people though. I ordered this size so I could spread out and be more comfortable. Overall this is a great buy!

Love this. Honestly, I hate laying on my stomach to tan my back. So uncomfortable. But THIS tanning "pool", I almost fell asleep laying on my stomach. I got more of a tan in this than I did at the beach. And so much cooler and comfortable with cold water from your hose. However, XL, is NOT 2 people. Unless you are small children. 5 stars.

I bought the XL which says it fits two people, but I don’t think that would be very comfortable to have two people share this raft but it’s perfect for one person. It is extremely comfortable and I highly recommend. I have only used it in my backyard so I have not tried floating in it in water but I assume it would be great too. Easy to blow up with a mattress type air pump.
